Elsie Hubbard is a sophomore at CB South. She is president of the Book Club, an officer in OEG, and a violinist in Chamber Orchestra at South and the Youth Orchestra of Bucks County. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
