Ofensive Player of the Year, current holder of the NFL rushing record for a season and Super bowl champion, Saquon Barkely has made a lot of succes Philadelphia.  

Saquon Barkely started off his NFL career as the No.2 overall drafter pcik coming out off Penn State in 2018. He then entered 2020 with at least 1,000 yards rushed during his first two NFL seasons. But unfortunatley he tore his ACL in his right knee just after two games of the 2020 season.  

It’s safe to say that through his rehab and hard work, it has paid off.  

During the 2024 NFL post- season, Barkley’s time with the New York Giants had come to an end, as Giants general manager Joe Schoen had plan to let Barkley test the markeyt to find his worth. So when the free agency had finally opened up. Saquon Barkley had signed with Giants rivals the Philadelphia Eagles.  

Barkleys contract with the Eagles will be for three years and $37.75 million. He started a new career with eagles and it did not disappoint.  

Saquon Barkley is having the time of his life with Philadelphia eagles. In just one season with eagles, he already has so much success. Within the 2024 NFL season with the Eagles Barkley already accomplished:  2,005 rushing yards in the regular season 

499 rushing yards in postseason  

278 receiving yards in the regular season  

13 total touchdowns  

Won Offensive Player of the Year  

Canadate for MVP  

Broke NFL-Single season rushing record  

Won Super Bowl LIX on his birthday  

Saquon Barkley has done a signifanct amount this year, there’s no telling how much success he’s going to have next year. The future for the Philadelphia Eagles is looking bright.
