Titans Hockey
Titan terror, covered in U.S.A. clothing, showed out in full force for the Titans Ice Hockey championship game on Thursday night.
Sadly, our Titans came in second for the Championship. They were defeated by Council Rock South 3-1.
In the last game against Council Rock South, on January 15, the Titans won 6-3.
This game proved challenging for our Titans because of Council Rock’s overly-aggressive defense. Last game, one of our Titans was struck down by the goalie.
These factors, as well as one of our key players, Dominic Patrone, being unable to play due to a dislocated shoulder, made it challenging for the Titans to score a goal.
Better news for CB South’s student section was their redemption of better behavior, even for having a larger crowd.
Previously, against CR South, Terror was asked to leave the rink or the Titans would have had to forfeit their lead.
Overall, the Titans maintained an undefeated season. Thursday night’s game doesn’t stop their journey and they are scheduled to compete for the Flyer’s Cup, which will be at Hatfield Ice Rink on Tuesday, March 3 at 6:30.
