When it comes to satisfying that hunger just enough so you will still have room in your stomach for your entrée and even dessert, the Fried Mozzarella and Bruschetta are sure to do just the trick. The Fried Mozzarella is served as breaded mozzarella sticks with Taormina’s homemade tomato sauce on the side. One bite into this dish, and you will know why so many love it. The Bruschetta is always served to perfection. Fresh chopped tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil top a fresh piece of focaccia bread to make your mouth water for more.
