Ray Goren does it all.  He writes his own music, plays multiple instruments, performs to large audiences, has released an EP, and he’s only fifteen years old!  

Goren has been developing his true talent for music since he was three years old, writing songs and listening to his favorite jazz artists for inspiration.  

At such a young age, he has already created music with a mature sound that is heard in his EP, Songs For You.  His music falls into the genres of rock, jazz, and blues, and in my opinion, has a Billy Joel type of sound.  

Other than the music, his lyrics are meaningful and poetic, especially through his song “Those Days.”

Songs For You was produced by Grammy Award winner Steve Jordan, who has worked with well-known artists such as Alicia Keys and Kelly Clarkson. Now it is Goren’s turn to take the spotlight.  

The EP is comprised of five songs: “Those Days,” “Light My Fire,” “Down and Out,” “Song for Me,” and “It’s on You.”  Songs for You was released in August and is available for purchase on iTunes.
